Zhongjin Gold announced the situation statement: 6 students from Northeastern University were visiting and learning about the flotation process at the dressing plant of the Wunuge Tushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine, a subsidiary of the company. During the visit, a grating plate fell into the flotation tank. After a full rescue effort, all 6 individuals were rescued, but medical staff confirmed that they had drowned.
