Golden Shine Group (00137) subsidiary plans to sell a ship for $11 million.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP announced that Golden Glory Group (00137) issued a notice on July 23, 2025, stating that the second seller (Jinji Marine Inc.), which holds approximately 55.69% equity of the company indirectly, has entered into a second agreement with the second buyer (Haohua Yachun Oil Tanker Co., Ltd.) regarding the sale of the second vessel. The price of the second vessel is $11 million (approximately HK$85.8 million). The second vessel will be delivered by the second seller to the second buyer between July 27, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
