China Post issues counterfeit statement

Recently, some e-commerce platforms and live streaming platforms have been selling counterfeit postage stamps without authorization from China Post Group Limited and engaging in false advertising, suspected of infringing on the intellectual property rights of China Post and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. In response, China Post solemnly declares the following: 1. China Post has not authorized any unit or individual to produce or sell the "Chinese Zodiac Treasures The Beauty of the Chinese Zodiac First Round Twelve Chinese Zodiac Joint Large Version Commemorative Stamp" imitation postage stamp product and use the "China Stamp" trademark. The designer signatures involved in this product have not been authorized by the designers themselves. 2. China Post operates the issuance of Chinese stamps and the production and sale of philatelic products based on the Postal Law of the People's Republic of China. Any act of counterfeiting or altering stamps, unauthorized imitation of stamp designs, or unauthorized use of stamp designs to produce and sell related products is illegal. 3. It is specifically reminded to consumers that according to the "Regulations on Supervision and Management of Imitation Postage Stamp Designs", imitation postage stamp designs and products cannot be used as postage certificates. 4. China Post will continue to closely monitor the sale of stamps on internet platforms and will cooperate with relevant departments to crack down severely on illegal activities of manufacturing and selling counterfeit or altered stamps. At the same time, it calls on internet platform operators to strengthen supervision and audit of product sales and business operations on the platform. China Post will reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities in accordance with the law for all types of infringement. 5.
