The reporter learned from the Qinghai Provincial Meteorological Bureau that, according to the latest monitoring data, around 4 a.m. on the 23rd, snowfall began in the Wudao Liang area. By 11 a.m., the accumulated precipitation had reached 12.2 millimeters, resulting in a snow accumulation of about 1 centimeter.
