Two residential land parcels in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province were successfully auctioned off, with a total price of 5.39 billion yuan, a total area of 107,500 square meters, a planned construction area of 118,200 square meters, and a total starting price of 4.964 billion yuan. According to the Suzhou Industrial Park Real Estate Industry Association, the highly anticipated Suzhou Garden Plot 04 attracted six bidders. After 47 rounds of bidding, Greenland Group under the China Greenland Group won the bid with a total price of 4.667 billion yuan, a premium rate of 8.74%, and a transaction floor price of 65,242 yuan per square meter, setting a new record for the highest unit price of land in Suzhou and also setting a new record for the highest unit price of residential land plots in Jiangsu Province.
