According to the Qichacha app, recently, Hudzhou Jiangtun New Energy Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Tianling New Energy Co., Ltd. have been established. The legal representative of both companies is Zhou Yi, with a registered capital of 2 million RMB each. Their business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, solar energy generation technology services, battery manufacturing, and battery sales. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that both companies are indirectly controlled by TBEA Co., Ltd.
