Hainan Provincial Party Secretary Feng Fei: Will link up with international high-standard trade rules to build two bases.

Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, said at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office on July 23 that the closure operation in Hainan has milestone significance. The current top priority is to implement policies, "implement" from the perspective of strengthening the sense of accomplishment of business entities and the people; "implement" from the perspective of institutional integration and innovation; "implement" from the perspective of building an important intersection of domestic and international dual circulation.
