Wisdom Financial News App, Emerging Foundry (000778.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer 51% equity of its subsidiary Urumqi Mining Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Urumqi Mining") and recover related debts through public listing on the Beijing Property Exchange. The transaction will be listed at a starting price of 205 million yuan, not less than the assessed value of Urumqi Mining equity and the amount of related debts by the asset appraisal agency.
