On the evening of July 22, Dirui Medical announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Huadexin Run Equity Investment Enterprise, and its shareholder with more than 5% stakes, Guangdong Hengjian International Investment Co., Ltd., stating that due to changes in the positions of some directors in the shareholder and related units, combined with the actual work situation of the relevant personnel, Song Qing, Qin Feng, Wang Xuemin, and Lin Maoliang will no longer serve as company directors. After Song Qing, Qin Feng, and Lin Maoliang do not serve as directors, they will also not hold any positions in the company. Wang Xuemin will still hold a senior management position in the company after not serving as a director.
