Tian Chuang Fashion announced on the evening of July 21 that shareholder Visions Holding Limited holds 21.503 million shares of the company, accounting for approximately 5.12% of the current total share capital. Visions plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.197 million shares, or 1% of the total number of company shares, through centralized bidding trading from August 12 to November 11.
