The maximum wind force near the center is level 8. It is expected that "Wipha" will move in a west-southwesterly direction at a speed of about 15-20 kilometers per hour, with the intensity gradually increasing. It is expected to move into the Beibu Gulf sea area this morning and strengthen again, and will make landfall again along the northern coast of Vietnam on the 22nd.
