(hereinafter referred to as "Korean REGEN company"), has sent a "termination letter" to DaTou Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DaTou company") on July 18, 2025, terminating the exclusive distribution agreement, and revoking all relevant authorizations of DaTou company as the exclusive distributor of AestheFill products in mainland China.
