On July 18th, it was learned from Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. that China's independently developed first set of 3000-meter ultra-deepwater wedge block-type emergency recovery device for subsea pipelines has been put into use for the first time, marking an important breakthrough in the manufacturing of emergency equipment for marine oil and gas in China. The emergency recovery device for subsea pipelines used this time includes core modules such as high-strength wedges, deepwater hydraulic drive systems, and deepwater drainage systems. It has a safety working load of 300 tons, can operate at a maximum water depth of 3000 meters, and has significant advantages such as a wide range of applications, convenient operation, and safety controllability.
