The Supreme Federal Court of Brazil ruled that former president Bolsonaro harmed national sovereignty.

Brazilian Federal Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ruled on the 18th that former President Bolsonaro had engaged in behavior of coercing the judiciary, obstructing justice, and openly endangering national sovereignty, and ordered restrictions on Bolsonaro. The Federal Supreme Court ordered that Bolsonaro must wear an electronic ankle monitor for itinerary monitoring; he is not allowed to go out from 7 pm to 6 am on Mondays to Fridays, and must be under house arrest all day on weekends and holidays; in addition, he is prohibited from contacting foreign officials, diplomats, and using social media.
