Guancheng New Materials (600067.SH) subordinate holding company signed the "Clearing and Compensation Agreement for the D1 Plot of Xinwang Village, Haidian District"

TechWeb Financial News App, Guancheng New Materials (600067.SH) announced that on July 17, 2025, its subsidiary and holding company, Beijing Decheng Zhi Di Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Decheng Zhi Di"), signed a "Haidian District Xibeiwang Xincun D1 Land Clearing and Compensation Agreement" (No.: Haizongshi Affairs-Agreement-2025-0014, referred to as the "Agreement") with Beijing Haikai Urban Renewal Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Haidian District Planning and Natural Resources Comprehensive Affairs Center. The agreement stipulates that the D1 plot in Xibeiwang Xincun will be recovered and transferred, and compensation will be made based on the investment cost of Decheng Zhi Di. Decheng Zhi Di has been developing the Xibeiwang Xincun project in Beijing's Haidian District since 2001. The Xibeiwang Xincun project is a policy project for green isolation areas in Beijing. As of now, the project mainly involves the transfer of the aforementioned D1 plot, the construction of resettlement houses in the D2 and D3 plots, and the operation and sale of office buildings in the A3 plot.
