Macy's: Che Jianxing resigns as general manager, Shi Yaofeng takes over.

Meikailong announced on the evening of July 18th that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation report from the Executive Director and General Manager Che Jianxing. Che Jianxing applied to resign from the position of General Manager due to personal reasons, but will continue to serve as an executive director of the company. The Board of Directors also received the resignation report from the non-executive director Li Jianhong for personal reasons. The resignation reports of Che Jianxing and Li Jianhong will be effective from the date of submission to the Board of Directors. The company held the 41st interim meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors on July 18, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the General Manager of the Company". It was agreed to appoint the company's executive director and deputy general manager Shi Yaofeng as the General Manager of the company, with a term from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the expiration of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
