China Health Group (00673.HK): The settlement agreement has been completed.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that China Health Group (00673.HK) issued an announcement that the preconditions stipulated in the settlement agreement have been reached, and the settlement (including the transfer) was completed on July 18, 2025. According to the settlement agreement, (i) acceptance notes totaling 146 million Hong Kong dollars have been canceled; (ii) all equity of Longheng in the target company has been transferred to the note holders; and (iii) the company has issued settlement notes totaling 12 million Hong Kong dollars to the note holders.
