Zhengyu Industrial announced that it plans to raise funds of no more than 450 million yuan through private placement, which will be used for the construction of Zhengyu Intelligent Manufacturing Park and for supplementary working capital after deducting issuance expenses. Among them, the total investment of the Zhengyu Intelligent Manufacturing Park project is estimated to be 431 million yuan, with a planned investment of 360 million yuan from the funds raised.
