Tianrun Industrial announced on July 18th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the Chief Engineer, Sun Jun, who applied to resign from the position of Chief Engineer due to personal health reasons. After resigning, Sun Jun will continue to serve as Vice Chief Engineer and Chief Scientist in the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. On the same day, the company held the 21st meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, which approved the appointment of Lu Jianchen as the company's Chief Engineer. His term will be from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the 6th Board of Directors.
