Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau: Taking administrative regulatory measures to order Beijing Bopai Qingtian Venture Capital Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to make corrections.

On July 18th, the Beijing Regulatory Bureau website issued a decision to impose administrative supervision measures on Beijing Bopai Qiteng Investment Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Upon investigation, the Beijing Regulatory Bureau found the following behaviors of the company: managing and using the property of private equity funds without fulfilling the duty of honesty, prudence, and diligence; misappropriating fund assets. In accordance with relevant regulations, the Beijing Regulatory Bureau decided to impose administrative supervision measures on the company to correct its behavior.
