Affected by local rainfall, three rivers in Gansu experienced floods exceeding the warning level.

According to the Ministry of Water Resources, from 8:00 on July 17th to 8:00 on July 18th, due to local heavy rainfall, the Shule River in Gansu, the Lihua River and the Taolai River, both tributaries of the Heihe River, experienced floods exceeding the warning flow. The Ministry of Water Resources has issued "one province, one order" targeted warnings to six provinces including Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai, and Ningxia, reminding them to be prepared for floods and debris flow disasters in small and medium-sized rivers, as well as the safety of reservoirs and detention basins during the flood season.
