On the evening of July 18th, Ssource Electric announced that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Xuchang Shuke Supply Chain Management Service Co., Ltd. The two parties plan to jointly carry out business cooperation with an annual total amount not exceeding 500 million yuan. The scope of cooperation includes but is not limited to supply chain services, bulk material supply, raw material supply, etc., with a validity period of 36 months from the date when the relevant matters are approved by the company's shareholders' meeting.
