Shenzhen's rental transaction volume reaches a near six-year high.

According to the monitoring data of Shenzhen Beike Research Institute, from June 16th to July 15th this year, the transaction volume of renting in Shenzhen reached a new high in nearly six years, with an increase of 11.5% compared to the same period last year. With a large number of graduates entering society, starting from the second half of June, the transaction volume of renting in Shenzhen has increased significantly. In July, the demand for renting by college graduates has accelerated. In terms of hot rental properties, commuting time and rent are still the key factors for tenants to consider, with the top five popular residential properties concentrated in the Nanshan District.
