China CITIC Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, China CITIC Securities International Limited (hereinafter referred to as China CITIC Securities International), established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by China CITIC Securities International. The issuer, CSI MTN Limited, issued a note under the medium-term note program on July 18, 2025, with an issuance amount of 20 million US dollars. Following this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program amounts to 2.883 billion US dollars.
