According to the Qichacha app, recently, Xinyin Zhuxing No. 6 Aviation Leasing Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Fangding as the legal representative. Its business scope includes establishing project companies in domestic bonded areas to carry out financing leasing business. Equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly fully owned by Citic Bank.
