Semir apparel establishes two technology companies, both of which involve AI-related businesses.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shanghai Senyue Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sencai Yiyi Technology Co., Ltd. were established with a registered capital of 100,000 yuan each. Their business scope includes: artificial intelligence application software development; information system integration services; network technology services; marketing planning; luggage manufacturing; and wholesale of shoes and hats. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Senma Fashion.
