Zhitong Finance APP News, Beijing Energy International (00686.HK) announced that on July 17, 2025, Jingneng Development and Industrial International Trust entered into a trust agreement. Based on this agreement, Jingneng Development has conditionally agreed to entrust the underlying assets to Industrial International Trust, and Industrial International Trust has conditionally agreed to act as the trustee and management institution for the issuance of asset-backed commercial paper as the beneficiary of the trust.
