The total amount of funds to be raised for the company's employee stock ownership plan shall not exceed 30 million yuan. The source of the shares is Anli Group's A shares repurchased through the company's repurchase special securities account, with a total of no more than 3.1577 million shares. The purchase price of the target stocks is 9.5 yuan per share.
