Apple supplier Bernstein Optics is reportedly considering restarting its Hong Kong IPO.

According to informed sources, as one of the world's largest manufacturers of mobile phone glass cover plates, Biel Optical is considering restarting its initial public offering in Hong Kong. The company is a supplier to smartphone manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung Electronics. The sources said that the company has had preliminary discussions with advisors to help prepare for the IPO. The sources said that Biel Optical may seek to submit documents to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as this year. The sources added that the consideration is still in the early stages, and Biel Optical may decide not to proceed with the IPO. A representative from Biel Optical declined to comment.
