Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) subsidiary Hongjing has obtained a 500 million RMB regular loan financing from a bank.

Zhijing Finance APP News, Yuexiu Real Estate (00123.HK) announced that on July 17, 2025, Hongjing Limited (as the borrower) and a bank (the lender) entered into a financing agreement. According to the agreement, the lender provides a 500 million RMB (or equivalent in Hong Kong dollars) term loan financing under the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, with a loan term of 364 days from the date of the agreement. Hongjing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its obligations under the financing agreement are guaranteed by the company.
