The Zhtng Finance APP News, Yl Holdings (00076) announced that the company has signed a subscription agreement with subscriber Mr. Zhang Yi on July 17, 2025, to subscribe to a total of 19.95 million Hong Kong dollars of zero-coupon 6-year bonds due in 2031.
