Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs: The comprehensive mechanization rate of crop cultivation and harvesting nationwide has exceeded 75%.

Lu Xiutao, head of the Planting Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, stated at a press conference on the 17th that the comprehensive mechanization rate of crop planting and harvesting in the country has exceeded 75%. Among them, the comprehensive mechanization rates of wheat, corn, and rice, the three major staple crops, are over 97%, 91%, and 88% respectively, achieving basically full mechanization.
