Among them, Tang Longyu, the accountant of Yuanyi Middle School in Liangping District, embezzled student funds and harmed the interests of students. The report stated that from December 2013 to September 2021, Tang Longyu used his position as the accountant of Yuanyi Middle School to embezzle a total of more than 6.6 million yuan of public funds by using the "moving new to repay the old" method to purchase financial products, including embezzling more than 2 million yuan of student funds. In April 2025, Tang Longyu was dismissed from public office, and the suspected criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution according to law.
