The Silicon Branch of the Nonferrous Metals Industry Association of China released data showing that this week, the price of silicon wafers has started to rise, with a significant increase. Among them, the average transaction price of N-type G10L monocrystalline silicon wafers is 1.05 yuan/piece, up 22.09% from last week; the average transaction price of N-type G12R monocrystalline silicon wafers is 1.15 yuan/piece, up 15.00% from last week; the average transaction price of N-type G12 monocrystalline silicon wafers is 1.35 yuan/piece, up 13.45% from last week. This week, the trend of declining silicon wafer prices has stopped and prices have started to collectively rise significantly. The main reasons for this are two-fold: first, the price of silicon materials continues to rise, and second, there has been some improvement in the supply-demand relationship of silicon wafers.
