Shenzhen will promote the high-quality development of the micro and short drama industry through a series of supportive policies, helping to build the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a highland of film and television industry. Shenzhen encourages the creation of excellent scripts. For example, for micro and short drama scripts that are selected for the national, Guangdong province, and Shenzhen city script creation support plan, deemed excellent after evaluation and successfully aired, they will receive a reward of up to 100,000 yuan, not exceeding 30% of the production cost.
