On July 17th, Liu Jiyang, spokesperson of the National Fire Rescue Bureau, stated at a press conference that currently, the National Fire Rescue Bureau is urgently revising the benchmarks for administrative penalties in firefighting, further standardizing rules, clarifying regulations, reducing the discretion of law enforcement, and reasonably limiting and standardizing the discretion of administrative penalties for firefighting, effectively improving the transparency of firefighting law enforcement.
