The Zhito Financial APP reports that Chevalier Environment (00976.HK) announced that Mr. Yao Jietian has resigned as an executive director, effective from July 17, 2025. He will no longer serve as a member of the company's executive committee, strategic and investment committee, and pricing committee, in order to devote more time to handling other personal and business commitments.
