The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area Management Committee issued the "Several Measures to Promote the Development of Quantum Technology and Industry in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area". In it, it is proposed to adhere to scenario-led industrial development, open up "quantum +" multi-field application scenarios, and create "quantum +" demonstration applications in fields such as national defense, communication, finance, and healthcare. The exploration and application of quantum computing technology in special computing scenarios such as optimizing route planning, financial risk analysis, and gene sequence matching is promoted, and the application of quantum and classical hybrid computational power in scenarios such as deep learning, accelerated training of large models, and artificial intelligence is advanced. The application of quantum communication technology in fields such as unmanned driving, drone swarms, mobile terminals, and perception reconnaissance is promoted; and the application of quantum precision measurement technology in scenarios such as high-resolution medical image recognition, 3D mapping, and aerospace inertial navigation is implemented. For flagship application demonstration projects with superior technological innovation and good application effects, once deemed qualified through evaluation, a one-time support of up to 1 million yuan will be provided.
