Shenzhen Yidianyun is a limited company established in the People's Republic of China. As of the date of this announcement, Shenzhen Yidianyun is an indirectly owned non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company is actively discussing cooperation models, cooperation directions, cooperation progress and other cooperation projects with Yidian Data Intelligence. It is expected that if the cooperation opportunity can be realized and the related transactions can be carried out and implemented, Shenzhen Yidianyun will become one of the major operating subsidiaries of the group in related businesses.
