China Aerospace Xifei: Chairman Wu Zhipeng resigns.

On July 16, Zhonghang Xifei announced that the company had received a written resignation report from Chairman Wu Zhipeng. Wu Zhipeng applied to resign from the positions of chairman and director of the company due to a change in job responsibilities. After resigning, Wu will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
