Smart Finance and Economics APP News, Guangzheng Eye (002524.SZ) announced that, in accordance with its strategic development plan, optimizing resource allocation and streamlining management structure to enhance management efficiency and professional level, the company plans to transfer all its equity in Toksun County Xintianshan Gas Co., Ltd. ("Xintianshan") to its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzheng Energy (Bazhou) Co., Ltd. ("Guangzheng Bazhou"). After the completion of this equity transfer, Xintianshan will become a subsidiary of Guangzheng Bazhou.
