In order to accelerate the global supply chain's green transformation, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) partnered with Alibaba Group to hold the "International Supply Chain Decarbonization Innovation Seminar" in Beijing on July 16, 2025. At the event, Niu Zhijing, Vice President of Cainiao Group, stated that Cainiao is actively embracing digitalization and intelligence in multiple fields, exploring the application scenarios of AI, and enhancing its capabilities in areas such as decarbonization, customer service, production safety, and data security.
