(referred to as "Hesheng Group") intends to transfer 60 million shares held by Xiao Xiugen through an agreement transfer, accounting for 5.08% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price of the target shares is RMB 43.90 per share, and the total transfer price of the target shares is RMB 2.634 billion.
