The Fourth Central Guidance Group conducted a special research symposium focusing on solving the issue of scams and disturbances caused by the fraudulent use of virtual phone numbers.

On the afternoon of July 14th, the Central Fourth Steering Group focused on the special work of "focusing on the rectification of using virtual numbers to defraud and disturb the people" and carried out a sinking research at China Unicom. They also held discussions and exchanges with China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and other three basic telecommunications enterprises, to understand the progress of problem rectification, listen to relevant opinions and suggestions, and discuss the next steps of work initiatives. The leader of the Central Fourth Steering Group, Che Jun, emphasized that through concentrated rectification and education, it is necessary to ensure that the occurrence rate of using virtual numbers to defraud and disturb the people will decrease significantly and can be consolidated in the long term.
