Zhitong Finance APP News, Aide Group (06189.HK) announced that on July 4, 2025, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange made a decision in accordance with Rule 13.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to this decision, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange believes that the company has failed to maintain sufficient business operations and assets of substantial value to support its operations (this is a continuous listing requirement specified in Rule 13.24 of the Rules), and therefore, pursuant to Rule 6.01(3) of the Rules, trading of the company's shares should be suspended.
