Focus on six major areas of subsidy training for more than 30 million people.

Recently, the country has deployed a large-scale vocational skills upgrading training initiative, clearly stating that vocational skills training will be widely conducted in the next three years. Among them, over 30 million subsidized training sessions will be provided for high-end industries, urgently needed industries, and key employment groups. It is reported that from 2025 to the end of 2027, localities will take the deep implementation of the "Skills Illuminate the Future" training action as a traction, focusing on six major areas including advanced manufacturing, digital economy, low-altitude economy, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, and life services, to carry out vocational skills upgrading training in different industry sectors. With a focus on enterprise employees, university graduates, and migrant workers as three key target groups, continuous efforts will be made to strengthen vocational skills upgrading training.
