Former Chief Economist of CITIC Construction Investment Securities, Ding Luming, "Rushing to Private"

Well-known seller transforms into private equity and adds a new case. The latest batch of registered private equity funds released by the China Securities Investment Fund Association shows that Ding Luming, former chief analyst of Zhongxin Securities, has established a private equity fund Shanghai Ruicheng. On July 14th, the private equity fund manager registration was completed with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, with Ding Luming holding 90.2% of the shares and serving as the general manager, and the other shareholder being Chu Jie. Ding Luming has over 16 years of experience in securities research, serving in the research institute of Haitong Securities, the research and development department of Zhongxin Securities, and has been promoted from chief analyst to executive general manager of the department.
