Chinalco (02600.HK): Yun Aluminum adjusts the investment plan for Chinalco's high-end manufacturing by converting some physical assets into cash contributions.

Wisdom Financial News App Information, Aluminium Corporation of China (02600.HK) announced that, according to the agreement signed on December 27, 2022 between the company and Aluminum Corporation of China, Chongqing Aluminum Development, Yun Aluminum Co., Ltd., and China Aluminum High-End Manufacturing, Aluminum Corporation of China, the company, and Yun Aluminum Co., Ltd. agreed to increase their capital to China Aluminum High-End Manufacturing with cash and non-monetary assets. Yun Aluminum Co., Ltd. invested a total of 132,308.41 million yuan, including 90 million yuan in cash, 609.40 million yuan by investing in 100% equity of Yun Aluminum Haixin it holds, and 62,368.41 million yuan by investing in related assets of Yun Aluminum Haixin it holds. Since the ownership of some buildings in the physical capital contribution cannot be changed so far, Yun Aluminum Co., Ltd. and China Aluminum High-End Manufacturing signed a capital substitution agreement on July 15, 2025, adjusting the part of the building in the original agreement that Yun Aluminum Co., Ltd. contributed to China Aluminum High-End Manufacturing from physical capital to cash capital.
