Merchants Highway: Chairman Bai Jingtao resigns

On the evening of July 15th, China Merchants Highway announced that Bai Jingtao applied to resign from the positions of director and chairman of the company due to reaching the statutory retirement age. At the same time, he also resigned from his positions on the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee and the Nomination Committee.
