Zhifubao financial APP news, Bangjie shares (002634.SZ) announced that, after friendly negotiations with the management committee of Zhejiang Jiangshan Economic Development Zone (referred to as "Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Management Committee"), the company plans to terminate the project of producing 16GWN efficient battery cells annually and 16GW large-size photovoltaic silicon wafers annually. The board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the "Resolution on Terminating the Jiangshan Efficient Photovoltaic Battery Cell and Large-size Silicon Wafer Slicing Project and Signing the Termination Agreement", agreeing that the company and its subsidiary Bangjie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bangjie New Energy"), Jiangshan Bangjie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangshan Bangjie") will sign the "Termination Agreement" with the Zhejiang Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Jiangshan Economic Development Zone Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. to terminate the Jiangshan efficient photovoltaic battery cell and large-size silicon wafer slicing project.
